When you use Mama AI and choose to sign in with Google, we may collect and store the following account information:

• Name or display name
• Email address
• Google/Firebase user ID (UID)
• Profile photo URL
• Account creation and update information

This information is obtained through Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication and is used to create and manage your Mama AI account.

We do not ask users to provide their Google password directly to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for purposes necessary to operate and maintain Mama AI, including:

• Creating and managing your account
• Authenticating your account through Google Sign-In
• Maintaining your Firebase account association
• Providing access to free and premium content
• Managing premium subscriptions and purchases
• Verifying purchases and subscription status
• Providing tutorials and AI prompt content
• Processing account deletion requests
• Responding to support requests
• Maintaining the security and functionality of the App

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication

Mama AI uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication to provide secure account authentication.

When you choose to sign in with Google, Google may provide information such as your name, email address, profile picture, and unique account identifier.

We use this information to create and manage your Mama AI account.

4. Information Stored on Our Server

Some account information is stored on our server and database, including:

• Firebase UID
• Email address
• Display name
• Profile photo URL
• Account creation timestamp
• Account update timestamp
• Subscription-related information

This information is used to maintain your account and provide the services available through Mama AI.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

Mama AI may offer optional premium subscriptions and lifetime purchases through Google Play Billing.

Payments are processed by Google Play.

We do not directly collect or store:

• Credit card numbers
• Debit card numbers
• Bank account details
• Payment card security codes
• Other direct payment credentials

We may receive or store information necessary to verify a purchase and determine whether your account has premium access.

6. Advertising – Google AdMob

Mama AI may display advertisements through Google AdMob in current or future versions of the App.

When AdMob is used, Google and its advertising partners may automatically process certain information associated with advertising and ad delivery.

Depending on the user's device, region, consent choices, and advertising configuration, this may include:

• Advertising or device identifiers
• IP address
• Approximate location information
• Information about interactions with advertisements
• App and device information
• Diagnostic or performance information
• Information used to prevent fraud and abuse
• Information used for advertising measurement

Google may use this information to provide, measure, and improve advertising, including personalized or non-personalized advertising where applicable.

7. Advertising Preferences and Consent

Depending on the user's region and applicable privacy laws, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized.

Where legally required, appropriate consent mechanisms may be used before personalized advertising or certain advertising-related data processing takes place.

8. User-Generated Content

Mama AI does not require users to upload personal photos, videos, documents, or other user-generated content to our servers as part of the normal operation of the App.

The App primarily provides:

• AI photo prompts
• AI video prompts
• Video tutorials
• Educational content
• Related application features

9. Analytics and Crash Reporting

At this time, Mama AI does not use separate third-party analytics or crash-reporting services to collect user information.

If analytics or crash-reporting services are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to explain the applicable data collection and use.

10. In-App Updates

Mama AI may use Google Play's In-App Updates functionality to provide available application updates directly through the App.

In-App Updates help users keep Mama AI updated with newer versions, bug fixes, security improvements, and new features.

We do not use the In-App Update functionality to collect your personal account information for our own purposes.

11. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We may use third-party services necessary to operate Mama AI, including:

• Google Sign-In / Firebase – account authentication and management
• Google Play – application distribution, purchases, subscriptions, and in-app updates
• Google AdMob – advertising and advertising measurement when ads are enabled
• Hosting and Database Services – application and account data storage

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Information transmitted between the App and our servers is handled using appropriate security measures, including encrypted connections where supported.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Mama AI's services and maintain your account.

When you request account deletion, we will review the request and delete your account and associated personal data from our systems, subject to information that we may be legally required or legitimately permitted to retain.

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. In certain circumstances, processing may take longer, up to 90 days, where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate reasons.

14. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your Mama AI account and associated personal data.

Through the App

Users can access the account deletion option through the account or settings area of Mama AI.

Through the Website

Users can submit an account deletion request through our dedicated webpage:

You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your Mama AI account.

The submitted email address is checked against our account database. If an account exists, a deletion request is recorded for processing.

When an account is deleted, we will delete the associated account information stored in our systems, subject to legitimate legal or security-related retention requirements.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

15. Children's Privacy

Mama AI is not specifically designed to collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

16. Third-Party Services

Mama AI may use the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In – account authentication
• Firebase Authentication – user authentication and account management
• Google Play Billing – subscriptions and purchases
